Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

TR Series respects the intellectual property rights of creators, producers, and television broadcast networks. In accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), this policy governs the submission of copyright infringement notifications.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that content hosted or referenced on TR Series infringes your copyright, please send a written notification including the following details:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on TR Series that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL link.
  4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
